On many occasions, ride unavailability may be a result of issues caused by guests acting inappropriately or unsafely. Where rides become unavailable, no matter the reason, our teams work hard to rectify these issues as soon as practicable. We do understand how disappointing it can be to experience unavailable rides during a visit to LEGOLAND. We are saddened to hear of your disappointment following your last visit, especially due to the Pirate Shows.
