Excellent access to the wonderful Old Town of Dubrovnik.
The apartment just 400 mtrs from the Old Town of Dubrovnik is an excellent base for exploring this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The apartment had everything needed for our stay, the local shops are only a couple of hundred metres away.
There are views from the terrace of the Old Town and beautiful views of the harbour entrance.
I would highly recommend this apartment. Emica the owner is very welcoming and she is more than happy to solve any issues, she can also arrange for airport transfer which is 25 minutes away.

Perfect Location
We had five days in Emi 1 in June 2022
Transfer from the airport was provided at a small cost.
The owner Emica made us all very welcome
Very nice apartment just minutes away from Banji Beach & the old town.
Shop close by for fresh bakery ect.
Lots of steps up to the apartment but well worth the climb for the views
Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely Perfect
From the moment we contacted Emica everything went smoothly, she organised airport transfers door to door for pick up and drop off as well as providing everything we could need for our stay.
The fantastic apartment terrace has wonderful views of both the old town and Lokrum Island and really is just across the road from the beach and a couple of minutes from Ploce Gate and the walled city.
The old town is fantastic, just a maze of streets to wander around for a few days. The apartment was perfect for a week for three of us and spotlessly clean and all we could have hoped for, will happily recommend it to everyone we know.

Wonderful host, beautiful apartment with private terrace less than 5 minutes walk from Old Town
We cannot speak too highly of Emica, the host, and her lovely apartment. If you choose it, you will not be disappointed! The photo is taken from the road just outside the apartment.

Amazing location
We stayed for one night in apartment 2 and such a good find, we were so pleased! The view from our balcony was incredible.

Couldn't fault it
Stayed 6 nights. Clean and well equipped. This was perfect for our family of 4. Close to the beach and old town. Great view from the terrace. Emica is lovely host....nothing is too much trouble for her.

Beautiful Appartment
We could not have wished for a better apartment. It was modern, spacious and with fabulous views from the large terrace - ideal for a delightful breakfast. It's location was perfect, only a 10 minute walk, right into the walled town, with a supermarket (open until midnight) between. The owner, Emica, was very friendly and helpful, with just the right balance between suggesting restaurants etc but giving us privacy as well. We had been recommended a hotel nearby, where we also spent some days. In all honesty, we absolutely preferred Apartments Emi.
