I would just tell your story on TripAdvisor. If you feel that it deserves one circle, give it one circle, because people can rate one to five circles. Tell your story, tell how you felt that the hotel didn’t have good customer service. That alerts other people. You do a service to people who also want TVs in their room. It also gets it out there and you may get a different response from the B&B then. It’s [TripAdvisor] become the most influential site for people picking a place to stay.
